SPGW Hydraulic Piston Seals

SPGW is a two-way hydraulic piston seal composed a mofified PTFE+bronze  element, one rubber seal ring and two anti-withdrawal retaining rings made of polyamide resin. SPGW is a seal for high pressure operation which improves the oil scraping ability of SPG. SPGW type is suitable for forklift arm cylinders, cantilever cylinders, bucket cylinders, bulldozer lifting cylinders, flat shovel cylinders, crane sliding cylinders, hydraulic suspension cylinders, dump trucks, presses, injection molding machines, etc.

Material:
Modified PTFE+bronze, high performance NBR with Shore hardness of 80 and polyamide resin

Scope of application:
Working pressure:  ≤ 400 bar
Working temperature: - 20 ℃～+120 ℃
Reciprocating speed: ≤ 1.5m/s
Medium: General mineral-based hydraulic oil, water glycol hydraulic oil, oil-water emulsified hydraulic oil.

Installation: This type of seal can be used with an integral piston. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, measures should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation.
