Hydraulic piston seal type PDP
Hydraulic seal type PDP is designed for use in piston applications of double-acting hydraulic cylinders operating under high loads.
Standardly manufactured: outer seal made of polyurethane (PU), sealing ring made of oil-resistant NBR rubber with a hardness of 80 Shore and two support rings made of thermoplastic elastomer.
The double-acting seal type PDP offers a simple design, very good anti-friction action with a low friction coefficient and excellent sealing properties even with sudden pressure surges. It is suitable for high operating speeds and is a very economical solution thanks to its long service life.
It is manufactured in a wide range of metric and inch sizes.
PDP can be safely used in the mining industry, in construction machinery and earthmoving machinery. It is recommended to be installed in combination with at least one guide element, depending on the operating conditions.
