Hydraulic piston seal type TTR
Hydraulic piston seal type TTR is designed for use in piston applications of double-acting hydraulic cylinders operating at medium to high loads. Due to its good price-performance ratio, these seals are quite widespread.
As standard, TTR is manufactured as a two-part package: a polyurethane ring with a hardness of 92 Shore in combination with an energizing ring with a rectangular cross-section made of NBR70. It offers a good and economical solution in both static and dynamic applications. It is suitable for operation even at low speeds, has a simple design and low height, as well as a rubber energizing element that is not subject to torsion. Its package nature makes it easy to install in standard mounting beds.
It is recommended to use TTR in combination with at least one guide element.
