Dear valued customers,
Due to an overload currently being experienced by postal operators everywhere, and an increasing rate of delayed or lost packages sent to various destinations outside of Bulgaria as registered mail, we are currently suspending the Bulgarian Post Registered Mail and Interconnect Expedited as shipping options. While most packages get processed and dispatched outside of Bulgaria within the next business day after shipping by Bulgarian Post, there appears to be a big backlog in many of their foreign counterparts, causing unpleasant and frustrating delays. We retain the right to resume using these services at a later point once the current shipping issues are resolved. In the meantime, DHL Economy, DHL Express and DPD Economy (whereever applicable), continue to function without any significant delays, and can be safely used.
