Pneumatic piston seal type Z8

The compact seal type TPL is a double-acting five-element piston combination seal consisting of a specially shaped rubber sealing ring, two split thermoplastic support rings and two POM guide rings. The TPL is a compression type seal with excellent sealing properties, suitable for operation under pressure on both sides of the seal and for fast sealing action. The active piston is not pressed into the radial sealing gap during the sealing process and thus prevents the sealing element from twisting.

Operating temperature: -35°C to +110°C
Surface speed: 0.5 m/s
Media: mineral-based hydraulic oils, emulsions
