FKM properties: Excellent heat resistance, surpassing that of silicone rubber. It also has excellent resistance to oils and chemicals, weather and abrasion. Not resistant to alkalis, except in special cases. This material is the best rubber for oil seals due to its well-balanced charcteristics. Temperature range: -20 to +250 С.
ACM properties: Good oil resistance, similar to that of nitrile rybber, as well as good heat resistance similar to that of silicone rubber. Excellent weather and abrasion resistance. Resistance to acids, alkalis and water is inferior to that of other types of rubber. Temperature range: -25 to +150 С.
