Pneumatic piston seal type Z8

The Z8 cylinder seal is a lip seal for the piston of a cylinder and valve. It requires a small channel size, good sealing and low dynamic and static friction. Easy to install and suitable for cylinders with a cushioning effect. The cylinder diameter of the Z8 type meets the standards of IS03320 and CETOP RP52P, RP43P and RP53P.

Applications:

Working pressure: ≤1.6MPa

Working temperature: -20℃～+80℃ (NBR standard type)

Reciprocating speed: ≤1m/s

Media: Air, oil-lubricated, dry air and oil-free air (requires initial lubrication during installation).

Installation: This type of pneumatic seal can be easily placed on the piston and installed in the groove. To avoid damage to the seal, be careful to avoid sharp edges during assembly. In the case of oil-free lubrication, it is important to have a complete lubricating film on the sealing surface. This must be done before assembly to ensure a long service life of the seal.

Material: The standard material is NBR-based synthetic rubber with a hardness of 80 degrees. There are also special materials for various high and low temperature applications.
