Double acting metal wiper, design DKBW.

The DKBW profile is a double-acting seal made of thermoplastic PU95 bonded by a phosphating process to a base of SPCC (Steel Plate Cold Rolled Commercial – standard, widely used cold-rolled carbon steel.)

The DKBW profile is a double-acting seal made of thermoplastic PU95 bonded by a phosphating process to a base of SPCC (Steel Plate Cold Rolled Commercial - a standard, widely used cold-rolled carbon steel.)
To cope with the harsh conditions of external pollution, high-strength TPU is used that resists plastic deformation.
Since the phosphating process is used, the bonding of TPU to SPCC is very strong.
Thanks to the ideal design of the dust sealing lip, it can be used for ideal dust wiping for good dust resistance and good oil film formation.
