Double-lip rod seal TTS/L, designed for use in light to medium loads hydraulic cylinders rod applications is designed to prevent leakage of hydrauluc fluid around the rod of the hydraulic cylinder. As compared to TTS/L, this type also has an anti-extrusion POM ring, further enhancing its performance under extreme conditions of extrusion and high pressure.
The TTS/L seal is designed to handle demanding conditions, offering features such as:
- high elasticity and low deformation - important for maintaining a tight seal under pressure and movement
- excellent abrasion resistance - ensures durability and longevity in applications with moving parts
- double-lip design - provides superior sealing performance, especially in high-friction and high-pressure scenarios
- suitability for telescopic cylinders - the double-lip design is particularly benefiction in these applications
TTS/L seals are suitable for various hydraulic cylinder applications, including construction machinery, forklifts, injection molding machines, agricultural machinery and mobile hydraulics.
