GHP wipers are designed for rod applications in hydraulic cylinders operating at medium loads. They have a stable sealing edge that effectively prevents the accumulation of external contaminants (moisture, dust, sand, mud, etc.) on the rod, their subsequent entry into the system and causing damage to the internal components of the cylinder. In order to prevent contaminants from passing beyond the outside of the wiper, as well as to reduce the “pumping” action, this type of wiper has a notch matching that of its seat. It is manufactured as standard from high hardness rubber (NBR 90) or polyurethane (PU92), and is available in a wide range of sizes. A204 wiper is effective, easy to install, has a simple design, good wear resistance and long service life. It must be used together with a suitable rod seal. It is used in excavation, agricultural machinery, loading equipment, mobile platforms, telescopic cylinders and all types of standard cylinders.
