Hydraulic rod seal PSE 50x70x30 NBR+NBR fabric+POM up to 700 bar GUARNITEC/Italy

Single acting hydraulic seal type PSE is designed for use in rod applications of hydraulic cylinders operating under high loads. It consists of 3 elements - a rubber ring made of NBR, a polyacetal support ring made of POM and a ring made of thermoplastic elastomer TPE.

It has been developed as an economical alternative to V-pack seals (so-called chevron packs) such as type GT/5;GT/7. It offers superior sealing properties and efficiency at high pressure, excellent shock and vibration resistance thanks to its multiple sealing edges, wear resistance and easy installation. PSE gives very particularly good results in systems where shock pressure increases can occur.

Hydraulic rod seal type PSE is recommended for use in excavation equipment, excavators, cranes, loading platforms, etc.

Application range:
Pressure: ≤700 bar
Operating temperature: -30°C to +110°C
Surface velocity: 0.5 m/s
Media: mineral-based hydraulic oils, emulsions
