The LBH double wiper has a stable inner and outer sealing edge and is designed for rod applications in hydraulic cylinders operating at medium to high loads, effectively preventing the accumulation of external contaminants (moisture, dust, sand, mud, etc.) on the rod, their subsequent entry into the system and causing damage to the internal components of the cylinder. Its special design prevents scratching, protects the guide elements and extends the service life of the seal. In addition, the beveled secondary edge, located on the working fluid side, increases the efficiency of the sealing system by reducing the residual oil film. In order to prevent possible problems with hydrodynamic pressure between the rod seal and the double wiper, the LBH must be combined with a suitable rod seal or a drainage channel must be opened in this area. The LBH double wiper is manufactured from NBR90 and FKM in a wide range of sizes. It is used in excavation, agricultural machinery, loading equipment, mobile platforms, telescopic cylinders and all types of standard cylinders.
