WR Phenolic Resin Guide Rings

WR phenolic resin guide rings are produced of phenolic resin and fabric material. They offer very easy snap installation, and can be fastened simply and quickly without auxiliary tools. Their sliding surface has no metal, thus reducing the potential contact damage to metal parts. WR guide ring have a good vibration reduction effect, as well as excellent emergency working conditions performance, in case of insufficient lubrication. They are manufactured with a standard 45° cut that facilitates assembly and prevents thermodynamic pressure buildup. WR rings demonstate excellent stability to operating temperature, appropriate tolerances and dimensional accuracy. Compared with thermoplastic materials, fabric-reinforced resin has an improved radial load bearing capacity.
