A103 heavy duty piston seal
A103 heavy duty hydraulic seal set is designed for use in the piston applications of double-acting hydraulic cylinders, and is intended for heavy duty operations.
A103 is a four-element set, consisting of one ring made of special ALP compound bronze-filled PTFE, one NBR ring with 80 Shore hardness, as well as two thermoplastic support rings.
A103 offers a simple groove design, very good antifriction performance and excellent sealing properties even in the occurence of pressure peaks. It is suitable for high speed operation and is very economical because of its long service life.
A103 is offered in a wide range of metric and imperal dimensions, and can be safely used in the mining industry, construction machinery and land moving equipment. It is recommended to be used with at least one ALP guiding element such as A251, A254, A255, A256, depending on the working conditions.
