A852 pneumatic wiper rod seal

A852 pneumatic rod seals is a combined sealing element which, thanks to its special design, can be used as both rod seal and wiper in pneumatic cylinders.

A852 is a single-acting, combined pneumatic rod seal/wiper designed to be used specifically for rod applications in pneumatic cylinders. It performs sealing, wiping and fixing functions whilst working in the cylinder. А852 functions as a sealing element and a wiper at the same time with excellent sealing performance even in very small assembly conditions. It offers high wear resistance, long service life, easy installaton, resistance to very harsh working conditions because of this robust profile design, very low dynamic and static friction and smooth running due to its lip geometry. It is suitable for both oiled or oil-free working conditions (pleasse note that the seal should be lubricated upon assembly ).

A852 is manufactured as a standard with high specification special 92 Shore ALP PU compound, and is available in a wide range of sizes.
