A107 piston/rod hydraulic seal

A107 single acting seals are designed to be used in hydraulic cylinders for both piston and rod applications.

They are manufactured with high specification ALP 80 Shore NBR compound and NBR impregnated cotton to help with extrusions. They can operate even under low pressures and on poor surfaces, and offer an economic sealing solution with simple design and easy installation. They are suitable for light to medium duty cylinders and are commonly used for mobile hydraulics and presses. 

A107 piston/rod seals with inner diameter less than 40 mm are recommended to be accompanied by an open housing seal.  Depending on the working conditions, it is also advisable that A107 seal be used together with at least one guding element, such as  A251, A254, A255, A256.
