A801 double acting pneumatic piston seal is designed to be used short stroke pneumatic iron and aluminium cylinders.

Not recommended to be used in long stroke cylinders.

Can function as a complete piston.

Can be used with our without cushioning.

Suitable for oiled or oil-free working conditions (seal should be lubricated on assembly).

Produced of metal covered by NBR material. 

Back-up rings made of thermoplastic material TPE are intended for installation together with O-rings to reduce the extrusion gap between metal surfaces of two cylinder components to enable the seal to operate at higher pressures without extruding and being damaged.

Piston rod guide rings A251 are suitable for both piston and rod applications in light to medium duty hydraulic cylinders. They are manufactured with with a standard 45 degree cut, and offer appropriate K gap value adjustment with a Z cut design, resistance to medium radial loads (up to 40 Newton/mm²), very easy snap installation, very economic bearing solution, excellent stability to operating temperatures. Suitable for use in mineral hydraulic oils.  

Material: glass filled Polyacetal. 

A156 seals are especially designed for rod applications. They are made of NBR impregnated on cotton fabric which is initially prepared and molded with NBR material. Their POM back-up ring provides a high rate of flow resistance.

A156 seals with inner dimension smaller than 40 mm are recommended to be used together with an open housing seal.
