Metal clad wiper for hydraulic cylinder.
Material: nitrile rubber (NBR)/ metal.
Metal clad wipers provide greater wear resistance and lifespan due to their outer metal shell.
A203 NBR wiper have a metal case and are used to prevent foreign particles and debris from entering into the hydraulic system. Special vulcanization processes are used during production.
These seals are interference-fitted into the groove. Proper tools should be used during assembly to make sure that the seal and grooves are not damaged.

U-ring rod seal A154-110/4 PU 110x125x15 PU92 Alp
A154 U-ring rod nutrings have shorter inner sealing lips and are intended for use in rod applications only in medium duty hydraulic cylinders.
Their second dynamic sealing lip ensures lower oil film thickness and prevents the entry of unfavourable particles into the cylinder.
