Universal piston and rod hydraulic seal USH

USH is a symmetrical hydraulic seal that can be used for both piston and rod in the hydraulic cylinder. This type of seal has a smaller cross section than UPH and can fit  in the integral groove. It can be made of nitrile rubber or fluororubber, which provides a wider range of operating temperature.

Operating pressure: ≤210 bar. To prevent extrusion, when the pressure is higher than 150 bar, it is recommended to use a back-up ring at the base of the seal.

Operating temperature:

Standard type (NBR material): -30°C ~ +100°C
Temperature resistant type (FKM material): -10°C ~ +150°C

Reciprocating speed: ≤0.5 m/s

Media:

NBR - mineral hydraulic oils, water-glycol hydraulic oils, emulsions
FKM – mineral hydraulic oils, phosphate ester hydraulic oils

Installation:

This type of seal must have an axial clearance (please see dimensions h and H). To prevent damage to the sealing lip, avoid using sharp edges during installation.
