Brand Description
SOG (So Giant Oil Seal Industrial Co., Ltd.) – The Global Benchmark in Industrial and Automotive Sealing Solutions
Founded in 1988 in Taiwan, So Giant Oil Seal Industrial Co., Ltd. (SOG) is one of the most respected global leaders in the design and manufacture of high-quality oil seals, hydraulic, and pneumatic seals for industrial applications, the automotive sector, and heavy agricultural machinery.
For over 23 years, "Satelit Nikis" has been the official partner and direct importer of SOG in Bulgaria. Thanks to this long-standing, time-tested cooperation, we maintain a massive local inventory of over 8,600 individual part numbers. This allows us to guarantee rapid response times, stable supply chains, and authentic worldwide quality directly to the Bulgarian and European markets without middle-men.
⚙️ Scale and Technological Excellence
Products bearing the SOG or TW marks are not just standard components; they are the result of decades of engineering innovation:
- Fully Integrated Production Cycle: SOG operates 3 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities covering a total area of over 20,600 square meters. The corporation features its own high-tech tooling workshop and compound mixing equipment. This ensures absolute control over the elastomer formulas (NBR, FKM/Viton, ACM, Silicone) from raw material to the final oil seal.
- Unmatched Variety: SOG has developed over 57,600 unique production molds and tools, including over 1,900 specialized matrices for Giant-size seals (seals with an outer diameter exceeding 300 mm) used in heavy industry, power plants, and shipbuilding.
- Global Trust: SOG products are successfully exported to 87 countries worldwide, and the corporation is a proud recipient of the prestigious D&B TOP 1000 Elite SME Award for outstanding financial and operational performance.
🛡️ Worldwide Standards and Certifications
The flawless performance of SOG seals under extreme mechanical stress, high pressures, elevated temperatures, and aggressive environments is backed by four rigorous international certifications:
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems.
- IATF 16949 (TS 16949) – The strict, uncompromising quality standard for the automotive industry.
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems.
